Yvonne is very knowledgeable in Underwriting and has a wealth of information to share and teach. It is not feasible for her to translate all of her experience and wisdom to her Assistant Underwriters where she is currently located. Having her own office would have superior effect on her trainees. To put it into percentage format, it would allow her to have a 100% effect versus 50% effectiveness due to having the privilege of loud phone conversations, and freedom of communication. Not to mention her need for peace and quiet to concentrate more efficiently.
