Add athletic coaches and volunteers to the mandated reporting list.

Over million children are abused or neglected every year and for every incident of child abuse or neglect that's reported, an estimated two incidents go unreported. This means that their are a lot of children out their that are suffrering from abuse and neglect because it has yet to be reported. Children spend half of their days at schools and many interact either with athletic coaches or volunteers through out their day.  Therefore, athletic coaches and volunteers in schools should be added to the mandated reporting list. By passing the House Bill 4199 this will add atlethic coaches and volunteers to the mandated reporting list and will require them not to turn a blind eyes when there is suspicion of abuse and neglect.
