Demand a Sidewalk for walking/biking access to and from schools

GREAT NEWS!!! There is a grant from the state of Texas that could fund the sidewalk!!! They city of Palmer has started the application process but needs to show the state that the residents of Palmer support the sidewalk. They are looking to send in signatures showing support by tomorrow, August 9th.
