Pit bulls are banned and other dog breeds from many places such as apartments. I own a pit bull and he is the sweetest dog I have ever owned. He is like a member of the family. But we are looking for a place to move to for our family and so far the search has not been successful due to hardly any living places allowing him. So therefore people are forced to decide between their animal (and if they are lole me a part of the family) and housing. You should not have to make this decision. I ask the government to stop places from being able to place breed specific bans and ask that they can only ban individual dogs that actually do something wrong and after they have done something wrong other than that they should be given a chance. This is very unfair in a land of the free. Any breed of dog can hurt someone if not loved and treated in the correct way it is not the dogs fault it's usually the treatment from the owners and what the dog is taught.
