Daryl Braithwaite's 'The Horses' to play nonstop at Melbourne Cup

The Melbourne Cup is the most highly regarded as the most famous horse racing carnival in the history of the sport. Every year, the entire nation and even other countries stop everything and watch the race hoping for the winning bet. But there is one thing that needs to be done to make this the biggest sporting event in the annual calendar, The Horses. No, not the real horses, but the song.
Let me further clarify.....
'The Horses' sung by one of Australia's greatest artists, Daryl Braithwaite, is one of, if not, the greatest unnofficial Australian anthems in existence. With great lyrics like; "That's the way it's gonna be little darling, you go riding on the horses, yeah, yeah" and other great lines like it. That song is the main thing missing to make the Melbourne Cup sports biggest event.
So my petition is for not only for the song to be played over the p.a systems in Melbourne, but even a greater possibility, Daryl to perform the song live and in person.
