I demand that grandparents have right's

Allegations were made against a grandparent regarding the safety and well being of grand child. The alagation was made after the material mother gave birth to her 2nd child. The 3yr old grand child has been in the grand parents care since birth because mother had a life style that wasn't safe for the grand child. Cps removed the 3yr old soley on alagations and a 30yr. Old Felony charge and never investigated further not even questioning the grandparents or even a welfare check at the home or any medical records. Their solution was to remove the child because legally grand parents legally don't have rights. Now the 3yr old is in foster care and you never know what kind of foster parent you'll get, could be a good one but then it just might not be thats the hardest part tou just dont know. I would like to see the three year old at home with grandparents where she is loved and cared for and has been since birth,
