I feel that there is excessive imprisonment for drug addicts. If they want to do them they will. So why not decriminalize them and maybe even make them an export from our own states. It would be revenue, infrastructure, as well as keeping the contamination controlled to the addicts being the ones working in those factories. Rather than taking care of addicts in institutions they can work for their keep. Less SSDI, less SNAP, and everything will be coordinated.
