Make It Legal to Save an Animal left in a car unattended

Have you ever seen an animal panting in a car on a very hot summer day? Ever wanted to rescue that animal? Well in most states its illegal to rescue these animals left unattended and can result in jail time. Tennesee is the only state where it is legal to rescue them out of the 16 that say it is illegal for animals to be left unattended during extreme hot or cold weather in a standing car.
