No rate increase by Sun Valley Public Service District

We the residents of Reynoldsville, WV and surrounding areas who are presently served by the Sun Valley Public Service District are hereby petitioning that there be NO rate increase in our monthly fee.

The rates were increased recently to cover the cost of the upgrading of the sewage system.
