Lights at skateparks that don’t have them

Now that it’s summer people are getting dehydrated and exhausted from the heat so the only place in our local area, Williams farm skate park has lights so everyone resides to go there at night so it gets very crowded. So I was thinking for less people to get dehydrated and exhausted have lights in our Hampton roads at all skate parks. Northside skatepark, Norfolk va, Woodstock skatepark, Virginia Beach..etc please stop the crowdedness and our exhaustion.
