get 2 ply toilet paper in the school bathrooms

the school bathroom tp is currently single ply. this becomes extremely wasteful bc you need more of the scratchy thin useless paper to efficiently wipe yourself. please petition to get a softer, less wasteful toilet paper for our school (preferably Charmin ultra strong).
