Petition to Limit Artillary Fireworks Noise

We wish to address the noise disruption of the 'Artillary Bomb' provided by Boom Town Fireworks.  This is a 'noise only' product used to bring attention to their business.  When this noise device is fired it frightens the neighbors with it's loud, unannounced sound, not to mention awakes babies and children, frightens residents who might be walking, awakes people who are sleeping and terrorizes our innocents pets.  There is no soundproofing available to escape this sound.  We do not objects to their small firecrackers or their fireworks.  We want them to cease and desist this product.
