Demand Repair(s) and Repaying of Roads in Eryn's Garden

"We the undersigned members of Eryn's Garden Homeowners Association respectfully request that you consider our position against NLP Homes, LLC and National Land Partners, LLC." On or around the February of 2015 NLP Homes and parent company National Land Partners, LLC purchased Eryn's Garden of Buck Bay located in Gainesville, Florida. The developers promised the homeowners of the subdivision that opon completion of the subdivision the roads will be resurfaced and repaired from the heavy equipment vehicles. The subdivision in at 99% percent completed and know road work has been started as well as most home owners are stating they are getting the run around when they bring the conversation up to the project manager.
