DISABLED / HANDICAPED We Are STILL Paying Customers!

Have you ever been to these stores ? Walmart (Kannapolis & Concord) And tried to find an electric cart, and soon to discover that you might have to wait up to an hour or more to get one ! I have been shopping here since February of this yr. (Kannapolis store) as of mid June I was told that there are Three (3) working carts in the store the rest are waiting for repair! As of July 21st there were Three (3) working carts in the store the rest are waiting for repairs! Do you think we should have to ask every time we come in COULD YOU PLEASE TRY TO FIND ME A CART!!!! I've called 1-800-walmart no help what so ever , but still call the squeaky wheel usually gets the grease first!
