Urge Starbucks to Provide Sexual Harassment Training to Partners!

Starbucks currently does not provide training to their partners to prevent sexual harassment from occurring. This leaves partners vulnerable to constant harassment from customers, coworkers, or managers. Sexual harassment training can prevent these incidents from occurring by providing the right information to all employees on how to behave in the workplace, how to approach harassment, how to intervene (bystander training), and teach managers how to handle claims. Training is essential for the safety of all Starbucks partners, and we need to urge corporate to create sexual harassment training now.
