FDA makes stricter rules for doctors to prescribe pain medications

As of October 6th 2014 the FDA inacted very strict rules on doctors being able to prescribe pain meds to their patients who need it.  Patients and doctors can be charged with a criime if they violate any of these rules therefore anyone with pain will get no relief because the FDA has decided to get into our medicine cabinets.
