REFUSES PAST DUES TO HOA

Our HOA has failed out neighborhood. When signing and agreeing to pay for HOA services in our mortgage contract, we were told and promised services we have not received. We have managed to maintain our own "common area". We have not received a neighborhood meeting to discuss and address our issues in over 2 years. We as homeowners were told we would receive a park in our green space for the children to enjoy and street lights for safety. Rules are not being enforced, and until new management stepped in these passed few months, we have not received bills for dues in over a year. Now, new management has taken over and expect us to back pay, threating and taking action to take all neighbors behind on their payments to court and collect dues. I propose we demand all dues and accounts before new management be wiped clean and start fresh due to services not rendered.
