Demote FishingWithC4 For Moderator Abuse

FishingWithC4 on X-Treme Servers is abusive, and almost never on. He hardly gets on the server, and the few times he does he abuses his powers, even if an admin is on. He has kicked/banned many people for unnecessary reasons. He has abused his power while a server administrator (iLemony) was online, muting people excessively and kicking. I myself have fallen victim to his excessive kicking and have been kicked numerous times.
