Demand issues be resolved in a timely manor when convenient to residents

Persimmon homes have taken no responsibility for fixing issues within my home and those of residents on Phoenix Place. Some of these issues could cause harm to ourselves or our children.
I would like to bring to the attention of Persimmon the huge range of issues that residents are dealing with and how their lack of care and consideration are effecting lives.
