DEMAND AN END TO VISCIOUS DOG IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OWNED BY EARL CASON

Neighbor's dog viciously killed my dog. The pitbull boxer mix is known to be vicious and the owner left his gate opened while I was walking my dog. He attacked and killed her and we are devastated. Animal Control is useless. I need justice. This same dog has attacked before and injured another dog and his owner.  Neighbors willing to sign a Petition stating dog is a threat to the neighborhood.  I am at a loss that Animal Control will not seize the dog.  It is only a matter of time before the dog strikes again.  Now I must live in fear in my own neighborhood of ever having another dog without risk of having it injured or killed.
