"End Section 8 Abuse"

Description of Incident:

In 2010, I received a Housing Choice Voucher certificate for the Section 8 program in Alameda County. In 2011, I rented an apartment in Oakland, California. After occupying the unit for a few years, I begin to notice strange occurances. On one day in particular, after utilizing the restroom, I noticed my behavior was mimicked. To be specific, I showered, applied a product to my hair and rinsed it away. Later on that evening, while watching television, I saw a reinactment of the way I showered and rinsed away the product from my hair! I begin to immeadiately question the Property Management Company who owns the property, the local Housing Agency, HUD, and other Government Officials. During the time I was reaching out for assistance - I was totally ignored and advised to "Move" if I believed I was being watched. I begin to, somehow, get verbal assurance through the same Media outlets that the reason I was seeing the reinactment was because those who were watching were "FBI Agents" I totally believed it, because in 2011, I contacted the Agency to seek protection from an incident similar in nature to what I'm now experiencing.
Anyway, after being forced to stay in the Apartment for reasons that include: Lack of Resources to move, Lack of physical support from family and threats of violence against a member of my family, I continued to have to deal with the issue, daily. One of my major concerns was having to shower, dress and undress, consume food, glance in the mirrors (in my home) without noticing another persons nature, and attempt to create an outlet to get off of the Section 8 program. I have always been a Writer. In the past, I would Journal write, which created other avenues to explore. In an attempt to transition from the Section 8 program and back to work, I begin to write Songs, then Books and then Movies. Because my income is limited and I never really had the resources on hand, I never had the chance to Publish or Copywrite my work.

Aproximately Eleven months ago, I was contacted by an "Old Acquaintance." He befriended me on the "Facebook" Social Media Website. We communicated with each other and regularly saw one another for seven months. During our "Friendship," I begin to notice odd behavior. On one occassion in particular, he Flew-In to visit the area. For about Four days, he literally stood, looking in my Mirror, talking at times to me but only paying attention to his reflection. The day he was preparing to leave to fly home, he illegally retrieved a Computer Flash Drive that contained an important project I as waiting to Publish.

After realizing I was infiltrated by Ex-Friends and Aquaintances - who was not affiliated with the Governments "FBI" Progam, I became concerned for my safety. It had became clear, on that day, that I was "tricked" into believing the Apartment I was renting was a subsidized apartment which was supplemented by a Government Program.


My Concern:

I'm concerned for my Safety! As a Woman, there are many things to think abut in terms of In-Home Security. This sort of incident has caused an Un-Safe Hazard both in my home and outside of the home. Aside from that - there has been moments when I was totally oblivious to their actions which allowed them to view me in certain situations that was EXTREMELY Violating in nature.

What I want to Happen:

I want to bring awarness to other Participants about the dangers of participating in programs that are violating thier Civil Rights. I dont' believe that my case is an isolated incident. It's important to be aware of re-inactments that occur in media outlets. To be specific, I would like them to recall any incident they've seen or heard that reminds them of something they have said or done in their Home or Apartment. I would like the HUD Program to acknowledge what has happened and take responsibility for "What it has done to me," and others if appilicable. I would also like to change the way civilains are allowed to involve corporations and entities into their matters that involve criminal-like behavior.
