Higher Pay For All Poll Workers

Presidential, Mayoral,and Gubernatorial elections always bring in regular and new voters. Each and every term we are given new changes and rules in our jobs as Poll Workers for 12 to 14 hour day.
That covers from the time we are asked to arrive, close and leave City Hall. When I reach home it is almost always 9:30 pm.
Because of these very long days, I"am asking for an increase in in our wages. As you know, a lot is given and expected of us with minimal mistakes or corrections.
Our positions can be over whelming and stressful. Please bring our request to the council at your next meeting. We are all thankful for the positions we hold and honored to be a part in our cities honorable elections.
