Make IT Corporations Responsible for their IT E Garbage worldwide

IT garbage is building up in China; making it environmentally dangerous for many
villages (more than 400 of them)! This is also going down the major river waterways
that may empty into our oceans! We have to make the E and IT corporations environmentally
responsible for this leviaton size problem! We need a kind of futurisitically advanced way
to treat these special metals/cadmium, lead and others (more) so that they
don't enter the air (stratosphere as heavy metals) which may lead to an end to our
ozone layer all together!
