Kentucky Needs K-12 Program like Ohio

We who live in Kentucky feel the need for a K-12 program for our children who may need help to show their potential. Ohio has such a program and it is working great. Some of our children have special needs which may hold them back in a normal school setting and a virtual school would be the answer. Like Ohio, we could see our children achieve their goals and become a better person. I truly feel this is the answer to many of problem which Kentucky faces. By educating our children we could bring more leaders to our government here in the state and in our country. Please Honorable Governor look at the facts and use the funds which the Kentucky Lottery is meant for. Create a Virtual Academy K-12 for our kids just like Ohio.
