REMOVAL OF DEACON FRED RODGERS AND DEACON MILES ELLIOTT

According to our Constitution and By-Laws, Deacon Fred Rodgers and Deacon Miles Elliott and continued to be in constant violation of Articles XXVII-Membership, A-Condition, Section 5-Office Tenure; D-The Individual Member, Section 1-Protect the Unity of the Church; Article I-Organization, Section-1 This Church shall be known as N.F.B.C.T. , Section-2 (defines the mission of N.F.B.C.T.), Section 8-A Quorum is considered/defines 25% of the membership present at all business meeting, Section 10-This Constitution & By-Laws has been ratified by vote of the members on July 25, 2008., Article II: Officers, Section 1 -The Officers of NFBCT shall be named, Pastor, Deacons, and other required officers, as the church deem necessary., Article XXIX; Church Government, This is a responsibility of the church after being constituted by which the body forms rules for its own government in the transaction of business, that all things will be done decently and in order (Corinthians 14:40). With ALL of the violations of the Constitution and By-Laws listed above, and ALL other forms of DISRESPECT that has been displayed to various members throughout NFBCT for years and has been repeatedly reported to the Official Board and still allowed by BOTH Deacons Rodgers and Elliott that are to numerous to write, we the undersigned hereby request the IMMEDIATE REMOVAL of both Deacon Fred Rodgers and Deacon Miles Elliot from the Official Board, from the Deacon Board and from NFBCT as a whole, In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We Pray God will Bless them as they journey on in their life.
