misleading representation

The ward 7 residents are concerned and confused as to why a candidate for ward 7 is advertising and sending a brochure that says "councillor for ward 7"when shes just a candidate? her name is kirthika logan kanapathi and we are aware she has changed her name to benifit tgrough her fathers name who was the former ward 7 councillor and current MPP Logan Kanapathi. currently khalid usman is the current ward 7 councillor so why is she misrepresenting? I am requesting an investigation as she should be disqualifued .
