Stop crime and late-night noise from Taqueria Guadalajara!

Its been non-stop noise and crime at Taqueria Guadalajara going on for years , there 24 hour open policy and there alcohol beverages sales dont not help the situation at all. Located in a residential area this restaurant has never stopped to consider that there are hard working people that have to get up early and work or even care when a drunk fight , a hit and run, a car theif, property damage , cat calling ,public intoxication disturb our peace! I for one have had enough! I have fallen victim to this bar/restaurant to many times and something needs to happen to change this delima soon. I propose that a walland street be bulid around the restaurant.. As many dont know when they go to this restaurant is that: The piece of concrete thats connected to the restaurant's parking lot may look like a alley but its actually the front of people's homes. Yet it is seen as a alley , I have literally driven up to my house and seen someone urinating on my front gate!! And I know many have had some kind of bad experience with this restaurant as I have . So my proposal is to make a street out of this piece of concrete or alley that runs from East Albert to East Sycamore and to build a decent wall to keep noise or other things from disturbing our peace and quiet . Please help me to get this done as soon as possible because we all know the sooner the better !! Thank you
