NRH Endangers Children & Drivers to Collect Petty Fines.

The city of NRH does not have the one way streets around the school marked properly and is putting drivers and children at risk of injury. The state statuetes clearly state "Sec. 2B.40 ONE WAY SIGNS sub par. 2 ONE WAY signs shall be placed parallel to the one-way street at all alleys and roadways that intersect one-way roadways." The city would rather collect petty fines for one way streets that DO NOT have a one way street sign than to protect our children and ourselves.
