Help support the pain clinic in the North Side Hospital

This is a very important petition . It affects so many people in all of the surrounding areas. Without this clinic there are going to be a lot of people , not only individuals , but families that are going to be affected. Dr. Pollett and his staff work very hard on a daily basis to provide care for patients which is second too none. We need this clinic to remain as is. Too many people will be affected by proposed changes .If you are a client of the clinic , or know someone who is,then you surely know and understand how much it is needed and will continue to be needed. Please help us keep this wonderful service where it is and as it is. Thank you
