Demand a better work place environment, Now!

We the people of UPS would like to see change! We would like to bring to light our problems and concerns of one person, Wendy. We are distressed due to her over using the restroom, and spending no less then twenty minutes away from her scanner on door four every time she chooses to do so. Due to that we are overworked, while she is gone for that time some one has to take over her job till she returns back. We would also like to address harassment in the work place. There has been numerous times where Wendy has taken pictures that include co-workers. She has not ask anyone's permission to do such things either, which makes it an uncomfortable situation. Being constantly hostile and uncivilized is also unacceptable. Many fights have been instituted because Wendy has not respected our choice to approach her as adults, as she has previously asked us to do if we have a problem with her. One other main issue that we would like to address is going to be the lack of respect Wendy has for our fellow supervisors. Unfortunately she has told us that we do not have to listen to certain people who are in charge due to the fact that they are not our specific supervisor in the unload area.

The solution we would like to see is to have Wendy removed from unload, and be moved down to the belts to load trucks. If we are to remove the one main problem in the equation that keeps everyone unhappy and uncomfortable to work with then the atmosphere at work will be so much more manageable for everyone to finish the tasks at hand that need to be completed. Another option is going to be to get rid of the problem all together. One way or another We would prefer to have a work place that we can all be in unison and get along peacefully.
