BOBS FURNITURE GOOF OFF NOT GOOF PROOF

I purchased 2 chairs from Bob's paid cash, also purchased 1 lamp paid separately also in cash. I recieved the chairs the delivery men unwrapped them and promptly turn to me pointed his phone and said please sign here. A blank screen with , he said this is just to show that we attempted to deliver the couch as well but it did not fit. Before they noticed that the cushions were flat. I alerted them before they stepped out of my house one of the delivery guys turned and said " oh to bad there yours now". Secondly, I cancelled the couch immediately only to receive an invoice for 2 lamps .I never recieved 1 lamp I paid cash at the store for. Because I refused the couch they created false charges so that they can keep the money I paid towards the couch that i cancelled
I have contacted the store, customer service. O have visited the store 5 time only to be told that the manager is in a meeting each time. Contacted the customer care who said I must resolve with the store. I have recieved 5 different invoice with different amounts for the same transaction the same furniture. 3 days after I received the 2 arm chairs a technician came to my home with put any tool or materials to repair the chairs, parked in front of my home with his friends in the car. He was carry a small zip lock bag with filling. Proceed to tell me that Bob's out source the contract for repair and do not supply him with anything to actually do the repair. Je said he purchased the filling from Kmart for himself. Claimed to have order the filling and it will arrive in 7-10 days 16 days later nothing. Call customer care again they said that the calhairs I purchase 16 days ago the Paris are on back order and they may or may not get the ports for another month and 1/2
