Against the Zoning Ordinance that was passed Incorrectly, and against Procedure, and most importantly against the advice of Trimble County Attorney Crystal Bray Heinz by the former Judge Executive Jerry Powell, And the former Magistrates David Scott, and Don McCarty in November of 2018.
