Demanding A Change To Stop Domestic Violence, NOW!!

I've been a victim of Domestic Violence with no help by police on how to proceed with arresting the right person. The abusers still walk free. I got a Wrongful conviction! There are no services for me to receive help. Even before the abuse started. Let's change the way police respond to calls, teach, educate and follow through on all domestic violence cases as to avoid arresting the wrong person. Offer services for ALL victims/survivors in the Behavioral system, the jail, prison and include all MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN. It shouldn't be just court ordered.
