Stop Re-Zoning and Selling Off Colorado Open Space

Open Space in Colorado is being "re-zoned" to Commercially-Zoned Status, enabling developers to take valuable land away from people and wildlife and converting it to more dreadful shopping centers. By the way, in-person-shopping at commercial shopping centers is on the decline, leaving many commercial areas in disrepair and vacant, while the need for public open space and wildlife habitat continues to be more important than ever.
Please make sure that public money devoted to protecting wild and open spaces does not get usurped by greedy developers for short-term gain at the expense of life-long commitments and use as open space.
