End monkey embryo altering with MCPH1 human brain gene.

A study in Beijing, researchers took human copies of the MCPH1 gene, which plays a role in human brain development, and introduced it into monkey embryos via a virus that carried the gene. The concern is Adding human brain genes to a monkey stands to fundamentally change the way the monkey perceives and interacts with reality.
