Demand to stop operations of a Bed and Breakfast in this community

This is a gated private community and an AirBnB is being operated from 4655 windward way. The homeowner's pay fees for maintenance and upkeep of the streets. This business is bringing in traffic almost daily, including Rvs, which are being parked on the street. No notice was given to neighbors in the immediate area and no permits or business licenses have been issued by the county. The owner is also in violation of Section 7.22 of the CC&R which specifically states "No owner may lease less than the entire residence".
