Un-Ban Amplifiers for Buskers in Dundee.

The council has decided to not allow Buskers to use amplifiers. In the bustling city center, it's a constant battle for buskers to be heard through the life of the city. Now, it is going to be even more of an uphill struggle for performers to be heard and thus, make the money they deserve. Busking is the main source of income for some people, so it is vital that they are heard and that their right to be amplified is reinstated.
