A pregnant women and her 3 year old were murdered

A woman hit a pregnant lady and her three-year-old child. She backed up the vehicle hit them both and fled the scene. The mother died on the scene, however the fetus survived. The three-year-old was in critical condition she has now passed today due to her injuries which was brain injury. She fled the scene therefore she needs to be prosecuted for killing the mother and taking away an innocent life. I request the death penalty for taking two lives.
