Stop fencing of vacant land in the Nilgiris

Indiscriminate fencing of property in the Nilgiris, Tamilnadu has led to wild animals straying into human habitats and town area, endangering both man and animal. If land areas is clearly demarcated, there is no need to fence off the area since this confuses wild animals who usually use known 'corridors' to pass through and to arrive at water sources.
