North Carolina kept a law from 1977 allowing men to finish sex if women decide not to. If a woman consents to sex then wants to back out of it, she legally cannot. Giving men the permission to rape. I am concerned because this is allowing men to rape. I want this law to be eliminated because of its violation of human rights.
