Animal Owner Food Assistance

I am a animal lover. There are so many animals with no homes, in shelters, left on the streets to die or become stray and wild and left out to survive on there own. So this petition is for people to own the pets, to be able to take care of them properly. This will also help over population of animal shelters hoping they will be adopted out and if there not they are put down. Let’s help unfortunate people get animals and keep there animals. Thank you
