Raise the Age of Smartphone Purchases to 21

I would like to petition the federal government to raise the age at which a person can purchase a mobile phone to 21 years old. Every day in the United States, an average of 11 people are killed using them in texting and driving incidents. Please sign and show your support for banning mobile phones until these children get a chance to grow up. One loss of life is too many. Let our government know we will no longer sit idly by while Samsung, Apple, Verizon and other profit off of the deaths of our nations children.
