Officer Jeffrey Neese of Mesa, Arizona Police Department, has dozens of complaints of sexual harassment formally filed against him. Yet, the department did nothing. Quite the opposite, they are allowing him to retire with "honor" and receive a full pension, proving how little Mesa PD cares about women.

You'd think when an employer receives dozens of complaints against someone in a position of power, they'd do something about it. But we know that's not usually how the police operate. Abuse of power is par for the course, both on and off the job. One study cites that 40% of police officers are also domestic abusers, so it shouldn't be too much of a leap to imagine there are some habitual sexual harassers in there too.
The complaints against Neese come both from his female colleagues and citizens. That means that not only did he not respect the people he was supposedly supposed to protect; he also couldn't respect the people with whom he worked! There is nothing honorable about his behavior, and it's disgusting that his department never punished him and allowed him to retire comfortably.
Some of the things he did to his co-workers - subordinates mostly - included lewd Facebook messages, pornographic drawings of female police officers, and descriptions of masturbation.
Worst of all, he will retain his police license, which means he can still work as a police officer! We cannot allow this to happen. Demand Neese is stripped of his police license and held accountable for years of sexual harassment!
