STOP THE SONAR AND EXPLOSIVE DESTRUCTION OF WHALES BY US NAVY!

The U.S. Navy will be destroying 1000 Plus Whales over the next five years with their training using explosive and sonar methods of defense!  The Navy's mid-frequency Sonar bombards whales with up to 236 decibels of sound - It can actually cause their internal organs to hemorrhage! And there have been whales and dolphins washed up along the beaches of California, Wash and Ore. They operate by sonar and lose their direction.and eventually beach themselves and die! There are ways to safeguard the whales from the fall out of their training procedures., i.e. avoid key habitats where whales are known to migrate and raise their young. Simple yes?  But NO - it seems the Navy will not budge from its old way of doing things.  Meanwhil, the maiming and killing of whales goes on. Is this one more species we can afford ecologically to wipe completely off the earth?  I think not.
