Dumont Breeders Kennel

The Dumont's are trying to open a dog breeding facility in the Modesto Oakdale area.
They plan to breed different types of golden retrievers and Labradors.
The Dumont's plan to use shock collars and other forms of abuse to silents the animals.
The Animals will be kept in large cages until they are sold, with little to no human contact!
