GRIT Class Petition

24 Hour Fitness holds a corporate accountability to the members who have been promised Group X class variety, including H.I.I.T. as a part of their membership. According to membership counselors, Super-sport clubs are suppose to offer more classes on their schedule and have a greater selection. Moreover, the information available on the 24 Hour Fitness website indicates, "Push your limits and reach your fitness goals faster with LES MILLS classes." Many members solely rely on a variety of studio classes, and have their membership solely for this reason. GRIT may not always produce the highest attendance, yet it is incomparable to any other format. Although, GRIT may not reach the capacity of your best Zumba class, it still serves a valuable purpose on the schedule. It especially meets the needs of many members, including but not limited to highly athletic individuals and males. Now that so few are available, classes will tend to be more congested to management’s liking. Therefore, we request the licensing fees be renewed and maintained for GRIT and other Les Mills formats, as these are highly demanded and widely attended.
