Fight to bring children home safely

A father kidnapped his children the police wouldn't file a kidnapping report and warrent and file an Amber alert because he was their father. This man was able to kidnapp his children and murder them then committ suicide. We want parents who take their children without the other parents consent to be held for kidnapping and have Amber alerts filed.
