FCA & Insurence companies ripping consumers off

insurance companies penalising consumers by financial penalty’s for non fault claims needs to be stopped and the insurance companies made to pay back all profits from these penalty’s. the FCA needs to close down this practice how ever they seem to want to protect these companies at the expense of consumers so the FCA needs to be tougher and do what the tax payer is paying them to do and protect the consumer from this grotesque practice. the consumer should not be penalised for making a claim when it is not there fault and should not be held against them in any way. if you support this view and think insurance companies have been getting away with ripping the consumer off by this then sign my petition to get this matter addressed and get the regulator to actually regulate and not to waste time and tax payers money.
