STOP the destruction of Natures art

The structure, an old water basin in the lower Wasatch foothills near the North Ogden/Ogden border, has been filled in with dirt, October 2016. Scene this has happened there has been an uprise of graffiti on the land marks such as rocks teliphone poles, and trees all over this area. The graffiti bowl needs to be dug up and needs to be a designated area for taggers and artists to go and express themselves without getting fined if paintings are on the designated area of the bowl only. Fines should be risen for tagged areas outside of this area.Lets STOP the destruction of our beautiful foot trails and give the artists and taggers a place they can go with out destruction. There needs to be a garbage can available so trash isn't spread also.
