Keep Dracut public schools music program

With the new guidelines out for managing covid in a school environment, there has been discussion of not having any music classes this year (chorus, band, orchestra etc) This would be an awful loss for our schools, as music enrichment is very important. I, and many others, plan on making a career out of our love for music, and a loss of this education would be detrimental to our growth as musicians. We understand that we may lose some special activities throughout the year, like concerts and marching band, but we would at least like to keep this class, maintaining necessary safety procedures of course. We also do not want to lose our music educators, as they play very important roles in our lives, and many of us have had these teachers in our lives for years now. Please keep our music!
